Hampden Street Antique Market, is a well known local Denver based antique store and mall. The store sells antique furnishing, Jewelry, gifts and items through multiple dealers under a one roof location.
The Overarching Issue:
The owner wanted more foot traffic into his local store. And he sought to increase sales. In the past he had been allocating his marketing budget in a combination of print and radio advertising. But after many years this strategy wasn’t delivering the ROI he was seeking.
The Problem:
The stores inventory for the most part is very impressive, however the digital footprint existing before we won the account was falling short of it’s immense potential.
The Objective:
Improve the digital footprint along with the overall image of the store. Highlight dealers inventories within the store and deliver new traffic into the store.

Solution Delivered:
After our extensive analysis of the store, advertising and marketing -We explained to the owner the desperate need to improve the digital footprint. The website was old and did not allow for a great user experience. The website was non-responsive and the images of the inventory were not saying “BUY Me”. We believe that antiques have a story to tell. Imagine if the pieces could talk, what they would be saying. With that as our vision we went to work.
We built a terrific fully responsive website which allowed a great user experience. And started working on the images of inventory.
We took control of the social media platforms, which in this case the platforms are facebook, pinterest, twitter, Instagram some Google+Local and Google + Brand page.
Next Jenny Bender, VigarooPlus, Social Media Manager created a campaign strategy which would highlight particular dealers for a given month. With the help of the stores executives we selected the order of the dealers followed by sending the photographer in to shoot the dealers booths. This of course made the dealers extra happy as well. Our photographer was able to create images that really produced the WOW factor. Our idea worked beautifully and its ‘s still working beautifully today.
The antiques and the furnishings in this great store are now allowed to tell their stories.
As the images are scheduled and released under carefully planned themes, the likes, shares, comments and the engagements keep flowing, followed with the combination of local SEO and local optimized social media the enthusiasm continues.
